Shipping Methods & Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
  • We ship from our U.S. warehouse using trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Lost, Delayed, or Misrouted Packages

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but occasional delays or issues can happen.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an error on our end or the carrier’s end, we will cover any additional costs and work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
  • If the issue is caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided, any re-shipping or return fees will be your responsibility.

How to report a problem: Contact us at admin@houseofpawpaw.com within 14 days of the original estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and tracking information so we can assist you faster.

If we (or the carrier) determine the package cannot be delivered, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping charges).
