You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at admin@houseofpawpaw.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it immediately.

When We Offer a Full Refund Automatically

You are always entitled to a full refund (including original shipping charges) if:

  • You never receive your order
  • Your order does not arrive within 20 business days of purchase (includes processing + delivery)
  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website

Returns Process – Super Simple

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@houseofpawpaw.com (include your order number — this speeds everything up).
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (you pay return shipping unless the item was defective/damaged/wrong).
  4. As soon as we receive it, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement.

Important: Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first and receiving return authorization.

Refunds Are NOT Available When

  • The package is lost or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided
  • The package is refused or unclaimed at delivery
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • The item shows signs of use, damage caused by you, or is missing original packaging/tags (except for defective items)

Refund Timeline
